Accessibility
Most of the people we work with are over 55. Building this site to be easy to read and easy to operate is not a compliance exercise — it is the job.
What we have done
- Body text is set at 18 pixels or larger, with generous line spacing.
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.
- Everything is operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Interactive charts carry text descriptions, and every figure they show is also available in plain text.
- Animation respects your system’s reduced-motion setting. If you have it on, the site holds still.
- Content is readable without JavaScript, and the page never hides itself waiting for a script to run.
Where we fall short
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim to have gotten everything right, and some third-party content embedded in the site is outside our direct control.
